IMPORTANT DATES FOR MID-STATES
- December 16, 2008 @ 6:00pm – Completed Athlete Application due to ISI Office
- December 20, 2008 by 9:00pm - An email will be sent to ALL applicants (on acceptance or those not accepted). Be sure that you include a legible frequently checked email address to insure timely receipt of the email.
- December 21-22, 2008 – Initial Entry posted on ISI site
- December 27, 2008 - Team Illinois members will be asked to confirm a second time once they receive that acceptance email. If you swimmer is selected, please make sure you reply to the acceptance email!! If you do not reply or indicate you cannot be a part of Team Illinois by December 27th, the coaching staff will need to find a replacement. All Team Illinois members will be given apparel information and additional activity information upon receipt of their email response committing to be a part of Team Illinois.
- December 28-29, 2008 – Any individual entry changes due to swimmers backing out of the meet will be communicated with affected swimmers through email.
- December 30, 2008 – Final entry posted
- December 30, 2008 - All apparel orders must be made in order to be shipped to you in time for the meet.
- December 31, 2008 – Hotel reservations must be made. Room availability can not be guaranteed after this date.
