IMPORTANT: Clinic pre-registration and payment must be received at the ISI office by close of business on the posted clinic "close date." Late registrations will not be accepted and "Walk-ins" are not permitted. Please return to the ISI Officials home page for the registration forms. You must complete a clinic registration form (Judge or Admin Judge, or Starter or Referee) and send to the ISI office.
